Principal Function of the Position:
Responsible for providing daily regional warehousing and inside sales support for the branch operation. These duties include multiple responsibilities and backup support for the branch operation including but not limited to: incoming sales calls and contacts, data input, database maintenance, coordinating inventory and stocking operations, order pulling, and assembling component and finished goods and/or other project support functions as directed by the Branch Operations Manager or other members of the Unverferth management team.
Primary Distribution Duties (70% of the job):
- Perform periodic inventory checks on all tires, wheels and warehouse stock
- Pull part orders form inventory and preparing for daily shipments.
- Assemble component parts and finished goods (equipment) for daily shipment
- Perform daily/ weekly cleaning and housekeeping in the office and warehouse.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly inventory status reports to senior management
- Provide special project support services as required by members of senior management.
Primary Sales Duties (30% of the job):
- Provide daily telephone support functions for incoming sales and product support calls.
- Printing and keying off daily shipments
- Perform daily administrative and documentation support functions for office area.
- Provide daily face- to- face support for sales and product support contracts
- Provide daily data entry, document filing and preparation of shipments
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Pull-up daily UPS & LTL orders from warehouse inventory
- Pull component parts for assembling finished goods equipment orders
- Assist with tire mounting duties
- Assist in assembling finished goods equipment orders
- Assist in maintaining acceptable housekeeping for office and warehousing areas
- Perform daily inventory check on tires, wheels and other warehouse inventory items
- Provide daily backup support for all branch functions
- Provide periodic project support as directed by sales management and/ or senior management
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for various sales and marketing functions
- Review and update knowledge of existing and new product offerings for that area.
- Deliver product to dealers using Unverferth route delivery truck.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in agriculture-business, business administration, sales and marketing or other related field of study is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Candidates should also have a clean driving record.
- Hands- on familiarity with farming operations or use and upkeep of agricultural equipment is a plus.
- Previous experience and/ or familiarity in customer service or shipping / receiving functions.
- Previous experience and/or familiarity in working with external outside customers or vendors
- Proficient written, verbal and telephone communication skills.
- Proficient PC computer skills and hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
