The Human Resource Generalist role is to assist the Human Resources Department and the other members of the Delphos management staff in coordinating all daily activities relating to human resources programs and procedures, employee relations, database management, retention and maintenance of employee files and providing other program and project support.
Primary Human Resources Duties:
- Assist in coordinating administrative support functions for HR.
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of employees.
- Assist in coordinating employee relations and communication activities.
- Assist in coordinating document record retention activities.
- Assist in coordinating programs, policies and procedure implementation.
- Assist in coordinating safety, payroll, benefit administration and workers compensation administration.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on all HR programs.
- Provide project support services as requested by the Director of Human Resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline or Associates’ degree in similar field with HR Generalist experience.
- Previous experience and/or familiarity in supporting human resources activities.
- Previous experience and/or familiarity with face-to-face employee interactions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient written and verbal communications.
- Strong attention to detail.
