Shift: 1st (Monday thru Friday 6 AM -2:30 PM) and 2nd (Monday through Thursday 2:30- 12 AM)
Pay starting at $27 / hour
Principal Functions of the Position:
Provide skilled maintenance support for all activities involving building and grounds, plant and equipment operations, electrical, robotics, HVAC, and troubling shooting PC and CNC control systems. Will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal and state OSHA, EPA, and ASHA standards. This position will be exposed to all areas of the manufacturing facility and staff as well as vendors. The individual needs to be professional, team oriented, and organized including good housekeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair the following:
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Pneumatic
- Hydraulic
- Electronic
- Robotics
- General Building Maintenance
- Be able to weld and understand CNC control equipment
- Arc Flash Regulations
- Lock Out / Tag Out procedures
Physical Demands:
- Full range of motion in arms, legs, and shoulders
- Solid hand/eye coordination in order to properly assemble small components
- Ability to periodically lift, move, and adjust parts and equipment that weigh up to 75 lbs.
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Professional certification in one or more skilled multi-craft maintenance discipline(s) is preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete OSHA and company sponsored trainings
